3 simple steps for a cost effective fix for your faulty appliance
About the Appliance Repair Helpline
The Appliance Repair Helpline was set up to meet the increasing demand for unbiased guidance with appliance fault diagnosis and repair.
Some customers use this service as a way of checking what an engineer has told them.
Others use it as a way of saving money by receiving guidance to repair a faulty appliance.
All our staff have many years of experience in diagnosing faulty appliances and are happy to pass this information on to you.
We are UK based and a family run business, as such we aim to treat you as we would expect to be treated.
If we can’t diagnose your faulty appliance…
If you feel you are getting out of your depth or a more technical examination of your appliance is required we can recommend a trusted and reliable white goods service engineer from your area. Please read notes in the safety section of this site.
We only use engineers that are members of the White Goods Trade Association or DASA as they have agreed to abide by the relevant associations trading standards. This gives you peace of mind.
If you decide to purchase spare parts then a credit card payment will be required which must be registered to the address for delivery. For each fault our customers call us about, they are saving a minimum £42.00 per fault in comparison to calling an independent engineer out. This cost can be doubled or even tripled should a manufacturer be called out.
